In this part,
Phoenix explains how the body was moved across the burning bridge. First, he brings up Larry's sketch of the body being moved. Then, he explains that the sketch is actually upside-down. Larry saw the body BELOW the bridge, not above it. The position of the support wires in the two pictures proves this.
In other words, the body swung across the bridge, just like a pendulum. The pendulum rope was one of the wires which broke on the night of the murder. Phoenix has two pieces of evidence which prove that the pendulum was used: the autopsy report and the crystal sphere.
