Quick, Delicious & Healthy Natural Homemade Protein Bars - low sodium HD
Hey, so this is how I make my protein bars. It's cheaper and you know what you are putting into your body this way. Most of the fats come from the organic peanut butter which are monounsaturated fats, these fats, in short, are good for you. Most of the sugars come from the natural honey, these sugars are simple and natural with no preservatives or chemicals. You can also reduce the sugar content by substituting the dried cranberries with something else.
