Four Kinds of Sentences Song | Award Winning Four Types of Sentences by Melissa
I wrote this song about four kinds of sentences as a memorable tool to help my students learn and understand four kinds of sentences for life. This song illustrates and differentiates between imperative, interrogative, declarative, and exclamatory sentences. The examples and music combine to create a memorable framework for memorizing the attributes that differentiate these sentence types.
I’ve created an entire series of teaching videos to explain the components of English Language
Arts in a way that connects them to each other and to real world reading, speaking, and writing. The links for the videos in order are below. Please look for my other videos and share them with others that may find them helpful.
